- Design and build websites.
- Responsible for the appearance, of the site and technical aspects, such as site speed and how much traffic the site can handle.
- Create site content that requires technical features.
- Interpret data and create, analyze, and update maps and graphs.
- Responsible for building and maintaining GIS databases and utilizing the GIS software to analyze the spatial and non-spatial information in the databases.
- Create and maintain GIS datasets for spatial data and metadata.
- Work with a project team to migrate current project data to an ArcGIS system.
The study programme provides a complex education in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing (RS) and the use of these techniques for environmental protection and management, spatial data analysis and urban planning.
